Because they had so many problems with the different monarchies in their last planet, the Victorians decided to unite the two different monarchies and make a new one. They have a monarchy but they have an eligible council that accepts or denies the monarchy’s changes to the people. The king and queen have a right to make laws that benefit everyone but if it is a huge change they have to go through the council and voting to come to a conclusion. The council is changed every four years and that is a very important thing for the people of Gonza for they always try to pick the best people who can represent them and listen to what they have to say. Also, the king and queen have established a new law which states that is the people happen to have a unfair heir that does not listen to them and rules ruthlessly, they can vote him out of power and the person who will be next in line would be the rules family member or, if not eligible either, the people have the right to vote a new family into the throne. Every two years, the king and queen have to make a list of the percentages of the increase of the decrease in production, education, and economy of the planet, and if any of those is decreasing at an abnormal rate then the council would take control until the problem is fixed. If the percentages increase, then the king and queen would throw a huge party where everyone would be invited. The king is called Drao and the queen is called Kara and they have been the best royal family that the people of Gonza have ever had. They have been responsible for increasing the economy and establishing new things every year that make the people happy and more educated.
