The Victorians have a very complex language since they had to mix the two different languages of the Khalis and the Zamaara. Before, when they lived in the past panet, the Victorians had to find translator people who knew both languages so the leaders could communicate between each other and come to conclusions about any topic. But when they boarded the ship and looked for a new planet, there was a lot of conflict between the people because they couldn’t understand each other. So, while they were on the ship the king and queen decided that they would create a language that would be a mix of the two different ones so that the people could understand each other and would stop fighting. It took a long time to do but they managed to unite both languages, and the king and queen established a small school inside the ship that taught the language to everyone. The language consisted in a mix of English, French, Spanish and German, hence why it is so complex. When the Victorians reached their new planet, they established more schools that perfected the language. But after many years, people started moving from the center if the planet and started establishing their own little communities (still inside the government reach) and they started developing their own small dialects so when you go to the remote places where some people live you will notice a small change in the language and you can perceive some of the old Khali language or the Zamaara language, depending where you are and which descendants you are with.
